Our “Lived Experience Employment Support Programme” is specifically designed for individuals with convictions and features a two-day intensive course that includes ongoing support.
The programme consists of a comprehensive assessment to identify barriers followed by five pre-employment workshops focused on skills such as CV writing/boosting your profile, interview techniques, support with job searches and applications for live vacancies and coaching for interviews.
Based on individual action plans developed during the programme, continuous support is available, provided by qualified practitioners for up to one year. This may include tailored interventions such as housing advocacy, professional mentors aligned to the participants chosen sector and mental health support.
Additionally family interventions supporting both the participant and their relatives are available with our community programme.
